This lady named Tosin attended to me and she was very rude to my little sister and I. We come here every weekend and get the same flavor but this time we wanted to try something different and she told us we could only try 1 flavor when we asked her why she said they were no more spoons and hissed. I will never come here again rather stick to cold stone, and I wont advice any other person to come here

I'm here right now. It's my first time and staff weren't friendly 😑. Ice-cream is just alright, nothing special. Doubt if I'll come back. Staff should try to improve though.

Ice-cream here tastes good, feels super fresh and also delicious. Nice treat to grab whenever you're around here. I am a fan for their mint chocolate scoop. I've also tried their Midnight Express scoops [also chocolatey] and the Belgian Chocolate. Heads-up, the cup isn't large enough, so you'd crave for more after first cup :) The environment is serene and the staff are courteous. Would love to visit again whenever I'm in this mall.

I love chocolate flavour, so I always pick a chocolatey flavour. My last choice was three scoops of Midnight Express (chocolate based), Hokey Pokey (honey flavour) and Belgian chocolate (chocolate based)
The cup is not fantastic, serves it's purpose though not wow! Serene is the word for the environment, I particularly love it when there's no background music. That way I get to hear my thoughts.response / report this review -

I take my kids here for their lovely muffins and ice cream. We absolutely love those muffins. The staff are courteous and they often engage with the kids. I love the ambience as well, once inside its a world of ice cream.

It used to be a very nice place to take a coffee, an ice cream and just relax. But service quality has reduced. They always never have a functional coffee machine and the AC no longer function.

Ice cream factory serves in-house produced ice cream in different exotic flavors. The staff are always welcoming and the produce is always fresh.
Their muffins and cakes are equally divine. My favorite is the blueberry muffin and the factory club. A little improvement in the hygiene and they’d be up for a five star.response / report this review -
