  Located in Eyita, bad road network to the hall. The hall records average patronage from vendors and customers who occasionally book it for events since it opened in 2017. Good Architectural design but could have been better on a bigger plot of land. No enough packing space but vehicles as safe whilst packed on the street, peaceful neighbourhood. The building is on Ayodele Ayeni street, building is painted in off-white paint with God's Grace Event Centre written boldly on it. It's directly facing success field school annex.
