Their breaakfast made me sick for two days, i was constantly throwing up and having running stomach, after i had to wait 1hour for the breakfast buffet because the food had finished by just 9am. Even when i was throwing up i mistakenly messed up the place and i called for a cleaner, thrice, the whole night i waited and no one came. They finally came to clean the room the following day by 5pm. Their service is very slow and forgetful, even common water, it takes them hours to bring because they either forget your order or they dont have it. The wifi never works, the laundry never picks up their call. GOSH I HATE THIS HOTEL. This is definitely not a 4star hotel, i wouldn't recommend it for anyone, thanks.

Very secure. Security everywhere. Pleasant staff. The breakfast buffet is very limited. The front of the hotel is the noisiest bcz of the pool/bar, as well as the full view of the hwy. There are no remotes for the ac. They turn it on for you when you check in. You will not have a way to adjust the temperature unless you call them each time. There was evidence of baby roaches in rm320

It is a great place with serene environment. It has a great view and the service is well delivered. A minor glitch is the entrance which I would have loved to change if I were in that position. If one could move in straight from the high way,that would be a great plus.

One of the truly good hotels in the. Gwarinpa area. A nice balance of luxury and budget. Comfortable rooms, courteous staff and great security. It has all the perks of a four star hotel.

Nice swimming pool. Couldn’t get the drinks I wanted from the pool bar but was told they were about to restock it.
Adequate parking space. And the environment is very serene. Their rooms are okay and affordable. Maybe a little improvement in the restaurant is needed in terms of available food for guests.
Their Gym facility is modest. The hotel says their rating is 4 star. But I prefer to rate them 3 star with my experience there.response / report this review -

Nice hotel, even with the street location. It's very clean on the inside and the restaurants food is very good. Staff is helpful and patient. They provide a taxi service as well

Pricy hotel with leanings towards luxury in residential Gwarinpa. Large capacity meeting hall with crystal decor. Decent meals, ample parking space, staff are polite.
