The hotel is large but grossly under booked (There's room for a great deal of improvement in service delivery). However, my friend has a booking/reservation business that is thriving within the premises @Victoria Sid Travel company

Emirate hotel is situated in fifth avenue gw arinpa. The rooms r posh n affordable. The swimming pool is very ideal for children as young as three-year old. So parents n their kids can swim in one pool .

Some other company has started managing the place. Everything is so deceptive. The menu prices were different from what was presented in the receipt. I killed a giant cocktoach in my room and the receptionist has serious attitude issues. The hotel is old and the furniture is old too. The bathroom is tiny and the service was poor. The only reason I didn't get a refund and storm out was a waiter who was really nice and resourceful. The elevator doesn't work. The list goes on. Please don't go here

It's easy to locate, with a bar lounge and swimming pool for relaxation, the food is amazing kinda expensive though and they've got a nice club to hit it. And its well secured with spacious parking space

They renovated this hotel to give it a facelift only on the outside. The inside bears vivid signs of very poorly maintained and substandard facilities. Though the front desk officers were very courteous, the room attendants were not that nice as they continually beg for tips.

I visited the gym at Emirates hotels, though the trainers are good and passionate about what they do, the equipment is old and outdated. The gym space is also very small and poorly ventilated. The air conditioning doesn't work either. The management needs to completely renovate the gym and change the equipment.
