  Perfect sit-out, large space, multiple different sized HD TV, very cold drinks (mortuary standard) at all times, spicy Suya, taste goat head, delicious pepper soup, and well prepared barbecue fish.

  Comfy and spacious. Enough grounds to throw a small party. Location is quiet and very secure. ATM is close by (UBA Plc owned2 ATM'sone dispensing in N500 notes, the other in N1000 noteslocated at the entrance of the old Secretariat building). Police station is very close. Radopin Supermart also close by.
