Very lovely hotel, but their standard Rooms are very small, apart from that every other services are very good. You should try their Chicken salad, and great room services. I will surely return.

My most recent visit wasn't a pleasant one. After checkin i stepped out on foot to buy some personal items and on my way back i was harrassed and accosted and forced to a bag search.. My R&B birkin bag was almost torn away from my shoulder. To think that i wasn't even searched when i first came in a car. Stereotypes smh
Also the rooms are quite dusty and unkempt. The bathroom blind and shower curtain al stained with washed off soap lather from previous guests.
A Receptionist GODLIVES.. He's well mannered and has proper Hospitality Etiquette
My firsr visit i was kept waiting while room availability was confirmed from the manager only to be told, the room couldn't be sold. So out into the rain.
Second visit, better Reception, Serene environment.

Would have given a 5 star rating, but your receptionist, her name is Uche was exceptionally rude on multiple occasions.from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. Not a good steward for a customer facing role. She seemed constantly in a bad mood

Professional customer service, very responsive to customers' concerns. Hotel is neat and classy, rooms are spacious and well organized. To avoid noise from the major road, please choose rooms that are located in the back. Food tastes very good but I do think their food is slightly expensive. Complimentary breakfast has both local and intercontinental menu, more variety would be appreciated. Bathroom tissue paper holder in my room is broken and needs replacement asap. The towel that was spread on the bathroom floor in my room was torn, I called for a replacement and it was immediately replaced. I did not come with my own ride so the receptionist recommended a cab driver for me. He drove me around for the days I was with them and I had no issues with him. Hotel is located few blocks away from the police station. Over all, I had an awesome and a beautiful experience at De Santos hotel Awka. Will definitely recommend this amazing hotel to others.

Good hotel with nice finishing. Spacious room. Neat. Good food. But very very poor room acoustic. I changed room three times because i could not tolorate the level of outside noise i was hearing in the room. Bottom line, if you need an hotel room with peace and quite, De Santos is cetainly not the place to lodge.about to request for a 4th room change in a day!

Clean, beautiful and comfortable rooms at a reasonable and affordable price. Breakfast was equally good, service on point with friendly and professional staff. Great place. I wont hesitate.to stay there again.
