Houses about every store you want to visit.
Affordable prices, real good parking space, kiddies shops, telecommunications presence,.
It's really convenient for me; it's not too distant from my residence. I can get pretty much all I need here.
Try it out, you'll want to always go back.

Shops are well organised and you can usually get what you need in one building: pharmacy, clothes, jewellery, food, cosmetics, etc. Also the ATM there usually works well.
