The environment is clean, the staff are courteous and the train journey smooth.
However, ticket racketeering still ongoing. Especially on Sundays when there is only one trip, you have to arrive very early or be ready to buy your ticket from a third party.

The train I boarded frm Abuja to kaduna was not organised at all, people didnt sit according to the seat number on d tickets, some people didn't get seats, had to stand during d trip. I was really disappointed.

Clean and Serene environment. Staff are courteous. Ample parking spaces are available for vehicles as well as security. The train ride is also very comfortable and efficient.
