Good hospital. Knowledgeable & Experienced doctors and nurses. Good facilities too. My wife gave birth here.
However, the customer relations needs to be upped. Also, unless you're in a semi-private or private ward, don't expect your TV and AC to work.

This is a private Hospital that has facilities for in and off patient. This hospital has a sizeable car park. Both cash and POS are accepted for payment of any service rendered.

This place has the potential to be amazing thanks to good facilities, and staff strength, but dedication, and attention to details are not part of the traits I have noticed here.
The customer service at the Front Desk is not cool too. However, I'll be watching the service and would update my review as it gets better.
NB: Not all the staff members are guilty of the aforementioned, But a good number of them have to pick up new work related attitudes.response / report this review -

It's the strategic location and easy accessibility as well as serene environment that I like about this hospital. Never used their facilities but I feel they should be great!

I switched my hospital to St. Luke because I was de - satisfied with my previous clinic due to hygiene issues. It was the CMD that attended to me on my first visit:cool man. I found the hospital very decent plus the staff are warm. I already recommended it to my neighbour.
