pretty fine hospital but staff is very very unprofessional. they don’t follow up with their patients, they are sluggish and bare disgusting. On three separate occasions my mum dropped her blood sample like 3 times without getting a follow up call on the results. they’re just so disgusting it’s so freaking upsetting. i hate this hospital and i hate their staff. very stupid

Great team on hand to attend to you. In addition is their transition into digital information management. Well equipped with modern and relevant facilities to keep the hospital without the need for external support services. However, the plan for parking visitors and guest is to be reviewed.

I was so impressed with havana when i was there.
Last year my brother was attacked and bitten by a dog while we were visiting a family in gbagada. The neighbours quickly rushed us to Havana and placed a call to the hospital while we were on the way. Their emergency team were waiting right at the entrance with a stretcher, first aid stuff and even oxygen mask. They helped him out of the car and started treatment on the spot while simultaneously moving him to the emergency room. Within 10 minutes the bleeding had stopped and he was calm. He was treated and discharged the same day. They even phoned him a few days later to follow up. Brilliant service !!!

I was referred to Havana by my HMO recently because the clinic near my house had no echocardiography machine. The scan was done quickly, the doctor was very professional. It was a bit tight in the parking lot, but they were nice enough to take my keys and park my car for me so I didn't have to wait. I have now changed my preferred provider to Havana

Brilliant hospital in my opinion! I was there with a friend a few weeks ago for a minor headache but they treated her like the most important patient on site. Such good customer service. Very clean facility too. I immediately registered myself.

Please open your eyes and listen well if you find your self in Havana hospital because the Dr might be reading somebody else's record for you or some result of test that were not conducted on you, e.g . A Dr discussing an HIV result with you imagine the kind of Trauma one will go through and you were later told it wasn't your result crazy world .

And Dr is acting as if he or she is a king and not a service provider at a cost.
