Big hospital with state of the art equipment but very poor quality service from staff most especially the nurses. Some don’t show genuine care and act like they are doing you a favor. Long wait period before being attended to.

They are mainly about the money, admission is #300000 deposit, each day spent in d ward is #30,000, imagine they don't have enough equipment, for radiation they said if they take my mum to Luth or eko hospital, it's will cost additional 957,000 we stayed 2 days but they are showing us bill of d amount spent, nurse service, lunch, dinner, ward fee, lab tests and my mom still feel terrible pains, no treatment done only tests, ND we didn't get any test results, only for them to show you d amount you have spent incase if d 300,000 deposit has finished, just within 2 days, just the same test ND no results, dey refused to show us d results, I just asked dem to discharge my mum, my mum is 43yrs ooo, OK if we pay d 957, 000 will she be fine after only for a new friend in hospital called me ND advices me to take her that d money won't end there, biko where is this country going to. I cried my eyes out, I can't afford loosing my mom, please someone should advice me

Not a good hospital at all in terms of professionalism . Yes , this hospital has good equipments, but the service is very poor . My 6 year old son was supposed to have blood tests , it wasn't easy taking his blood as he has phobia for needle . He cried his eyes out and luckily his blood was taken. We waited for about two hours for result to come out. When the result eventually came out, it was discovered that not all the tests were done. Fault of the lab technician/doctor.
I expected the doctor to at least show some concern or apologise , he just said non challantly.."madam sorry ooo, we have to take your son's blood again" this wasn after about two hours of waiting for result I felt sad and I started crying.
I called the phone number for complaint and made my grievance knownthe guy who picked the call said he would investigate and get back to meSadly, I haven't heard anything from them till today.
Thank God my son is fine.

If you are pregnant please don’t go to this hospital!!! They have state of the art equipments and facilities but the service. Is TERRIBLE! Took me almost 3 weeks just to see an obstetrician the doctors are always unavailable it’s so sad for a big hospital such as this so much money for NOTHING!!!!!

Just double check if hospital pharmacists give you the correct drugs with correct instructions. I had to correct the pharmacist twice before getting the correct drugs. So i'm wandering what would happen to a patient that trust them blindly.

Walked in without a hospital appointments and was attended to quickly and in a very professional manner by different levels of staff (with the exception of one nurse in the paediatric unit that had some gossip to catch up on but later realised herself and continued attending to people). Blood tests were done quickly and results came out even quicker!
Having my pre authorization number before arrival made the accounts/finance confirmation process even quicker. There was minimal wait time for the collection of the drugs at the pharnacy.
It didn't smell of "hospital" and was quite clean and organised.
It could however do with a bigger parking spaceresponse / report this review -

Neat clean professional doctor. The dentiste is top level with a consultancy room and equipment of lsst top european standard beside to be friendly.
