Customer relations here is very very very poor. However there is one Staff at the front desk that stands out She is very light skinned and has hazel colour eyes. i dont know her name but She is polite, gentle and very meticulous. She answers all your questions with a smile. I always pray to have her attend to me whenever i go there for my antenatal. The Doctors and Midwives are fantastic however the Customer Service mars the whole essence. The hospital will be one of the best if the staff at the front desk are trained to be more professional and gentle on clients. I suggest they have a tally system where everyone knows when it's their turn to see a Doctor based on their number as there is usually confusion as to who goes in first. I do my antenantals there based on proximity but still skeptical about delivery there. Although, the Midwives were fantastic at convincing me otherwise and took me on a tour of the Labour suite and delivery room. I am beginning to reconsider but still worried because I don't want to leave anything to chance. Hope to give a feedback based on how they handle delivery (I.e if I decide to deliver there).

This lady called Onyeka is the best thing to happen to Golden Cross Infirmary at 22rd Festac Town.
She goes round making sure everyone is being attended to and practically going the extra mile to inform whoever is in charge that you're waiting for them if you haven't been attended to.
She made the place so homely. She was empathetic, courteous, professional and an all round light to the Hospital environment.

It's a nice hospital in the heart of festac. They have a large compound with sizable parking lot. The hospital is highly recommended for good healthcare, prenatal& postnatal, child delivery etc
