An OK hotel.
Nice bar & lovely swimming pool.
Interior finishing work isn't top notch when juxtaposed with high room rates being charged.

They don't even deserve a star first, the bell boy didn't show us how to turn on the lights had to call the reception after searching endlessly. Then the pillow didn't have cases I happened to see a cleaner pass by the room and I "begged" him to give us pillow cases. Then they didn't give us towel we resolved to using our worn clothes after plenty calls to room service and reception for a towel. The lift wasn't working and we were checked into a room on the 4th floorso we had to use the staircase (who told them I want to loose weight). Then the worst and most annoying! The breakfast! It was horrible it was just fried plantain, fried eggs and bread very disgusting! I only had tea the bread was as though I was eating crumbs

Nice environment, clean swimming pool and delicious meal. Room is spacious. But their WiFi restriction of giving 500mb daily is the worst of its management. I was even asked to pay if I need extra mb. I have to relocate to another hotel where I have access to unlimited WiFi.
Randekhi should know that internet access is paramount in daily life, and should provide the best of it to client.response / report this review -

Love the size of the swimming pool. And every time I've been there, the pool has been very clean. I'm giving them 4 stars because I was grossed out by the toilet/changing room. It's always wet and it smells a little funny so I just change by the pool. I've never spent a night at the hotel, but the reception looks really nice. I'm guessing their rooms would be as well.

One of the best hotels in Benin, with modern buildings and a great swiminpool that you can enjoy aalmost at any time of the year due to the weather.

Just there! Good facilities but poor service. Can be excellent if attention is given to little details. It's a 50/50 chance of me coming back to lodge at Randehkhi again.

I expected to get more from Randekhi gold because it was supposed to be the newer wing of the twin hotel. Had to shorten my stay because the smallest room there goes for 25k and you would have expected to get value for your money. But that is not the case. Pointy nails poking out of the bed, went with my family and had to look for a way to keep my kids from getting injured.
