The hotel is neat and the staff were professional when I visited 10months again but this time it appears the reverse is the case. The price is still pocket friendly but the staffs need retraining on customer service.

Nice place, good staff services. The rooms are good. They can only get better. They can improve on the food aspect and a bit on the high side. The prices on the menu isn't the prices on the bill that was brought. Most food on the menu are not served. But it's s good place to stay. Enjoyable.

I like the cleaning and room service staff. They're jovial and hardworking. Rooms are clean and comfortable but bathroom (especially around the sink) could be cleaner. Would recommend to a visitor.

First time in Benin City and in this hotel. Not impressed at all. The room is very stuffy and the front desk are not friendly. However, the food served (local dish) was quite good. Place is also noisy.

Beautiful Hotel, best I have stayed in Benin! Modern facilities, very comfortable rooms and courteous staff! I hope standard is maintained and the sky is the limit!
