I strongly believe Prepclass definitely has one of the best IELTS programs in Nigeria. I used them to study and i had a writing score of 7.5, Reading score - 8, listening - 8, speaking - 7.5. One thing I noticed what that their learning environment was very conducive and they have good teaching facilities.
