  I give triple five star for one the lead pharmacist @ onehealthng.
  
  So what happened is that my son has been stooling green pooh for more than a week and he does this like every 40 minutes. This was worrisome and we had visited like two pharmacy who had prescribed other drugs yet the pooh didn't stop and I eventually got online to ww.onehealthng.com and clicked on the ask a pharmacy. To cut the long story short, I spoke to one senior pharmacy there and she immediately prescribed a drug which I got from onehealth pharmacy and wooow my son pooh changed the next morning.
  
  This gladdens my hearth. Thank you onehealthng. you are really filling the gap.

  Mine was a bad experience. I had a bout of migraine earlier today while on training in Alausa. I got on the online platform to order the drug around 9am and specifically mentioned that I came from Ibadan and would be there till 2pm. The drug was dispatched but I didn't get it because the rider brought it around 1 30pm since he had been told I'll be there till 2pm. My team had to arrange for another from Medplus around 11am. My health wasn't a concern to them. The rep maintained they kept their part of the bargain. Its ok if they don't refund my money, thank God I had alternative.

  The Online platform of the company seems not regularly updated. I lost confidence in the company's ability to manage online sales. Most importantly, there is no adequate coordination between Customer service representatives, Finance department and Pharmacy unit of the company. If I decide to write about my experience, this page will not contain.. My observation is that the staff find it difficult to say the truth and this really cast aspersions on the overall management of the firm. When two or more employees are speaking at variance on simple truth matter, then look no further than the management. It seems fear rain supreme in the organization.
  No organization grows in that manner.

  Customer service and their unique delivery process really stands out. Similarly, the focus and importance that they give to the authenticity of the drugs especially in a market that is flooded with counterfeit drugs that hazardous to one's health stands out.
