I recommend platinum dental surgery any day any time, warm reception, clean environment, customer service is 10/10 and the doctors are just awesome. I like the fact that the doctor took his time to explain everything I wanted to know about extraction before I had my tooth extracted, finally the nurses follow up is 100%.
They sure know their onion 👌.

Got lots to write about my experiences at Platinum Dental Surgery. Got to know about the hospital through a 'Deal' on one of the online platforms which i will always be thankful for the introduction.

Yeahyou may have some doubts based on the location but you will be surprised to get an entirely different experience once you get to the hospital. Very modern equipments, always neat, have polite and welcoming Staff and most especially you got a professional doctor who knows his game. He takes his time to explain to you offering advice before and after every procedure,has excellent customer service skills which is key to me in the service industry ( Am sure he can testify to all my troubles throughout my procedures). I have had extractions,root canal treatments,tooth replacements,scaling and polishing,fillings.and i must say no problems after the professional touch.

Well, you want a dental hospital in Lagos which is affordable and you get value for money spent, a doctor which is always available and open to feedback, organized service/paying a lot of attention to details and to any concerns with a pleasant staff then visit Platinum dental surgery and thank me later. Wanna say a big Thank you to Doc Ogundeji and team. Keep up the good job-God bless yah all!

First its cool to have one in this neighborhood considering the efforts it takes to start up a dental clinic. Its a story building, privately owned property so its really quite apart from the generator sound. Gate is always locked and secured.
As at my first and only visit there you probably have to call or spend alot of time banging at the gate, cause there was no active bell.
Service was fair enough, looked organized and the nurses uniformed and welcoming
My experience was not bad though, was a little skeptical at first but then I discovered i was in safe hands, its not a new building but its setting is a-little vintage, however with all the facilities for a modern dental clinic. Noticed a lot of nurses maybe some interns so it felt a little crowded when i was been checked.
The price is what you might want to consider here, as you know dental clinics are much expensive and this is no exception high brow area or not.
The registration is fair enough cant say the same for extraction and the rest.
Not quite enough parking space, wrongly positioned on the map too. Prompt to pickup calls and slightly available an hour or two after time of close.

Customer Service Relationship on point, from the booking of my appointment, to treatment been done..Did I mention about Dr.Ogundeji Professionalism..Despite with the fact the state of my dentition was critical, he was still been polite.. They are friendly and take time to explain the problem to you. They don't cut corners and advice and insist you deal with the problem at the roots. Their pricing is moderate and flexible, a good dentist to visit.
