Been a patient for a long time and I’ve decided I’m done trying. Laser hair removal sessions keep getting more expensive without any improvements. If anything the nurses keep you on the same low pulse settings every session(which by the way stimulates more hair growth) or end up predominantly shaving the hairs and rushing through the sessions. Before 2weeks time and sometimes even as little as a week you see stubbles growing back or the hairs fully grown back. When you call to complain the nurses just promise you a call back from doctor, which doesn’t happen.
Also they would claim you have a hormonal imbalance or diagnose you with PCOS but I’ve done medical tests so I know that’s not true( well at least for me).
If I wanted to shave I would buy shaving sticks cheaper and not spend so much money. In conclusion I’m very displeased and disgruntled as I have had over 16 Sessions and I would strongly recommend anyone considering it to have a rethink as it is guaranteed to be a waste of a lot of money.

I had a very funny and annoying experience.
I know Grandville is a good hospital when it comes to surgeries, but i was disappointed with my consultation with their so called dermatologist.
I didn't even meet the dermatologist, instead i got to meet a lady that didn't even know what she was doing because the dermatologist was busy, which was very unprofessional.
The dermatologist (surgeon😕) now finally came in , the lady updated him, then he asked her to write down some treatments for me ( I was just laughing in my head cause I knew I had entered one chance) .
The lady took the treatment list to the accountant who started writing ridiculous bills, even the lady couldn't hold her laughter after dropping the file , she excuse herself. It seems like they knew the prices were ridiculous and I wouldn't pay. I just shook my head and laughed then walked away. I guess that's gone. The annoying thing they cldnt even diagnose my condition , before they started recommending all the treatments.
The most hilarious thing was that the ridiculously expensive treatments had to be done monthly, I was like jokers in my head.
But I've gotten a better dermatologist who has asked me to do some tests before any form of treatment is prescribed.

So disappointed .
