It's decent for a 2/3 star hotel. Basic amenities. Nice big hall. But the guys at the gate need some customer service training. They shutdown the gate on "orders" so guests driving in and out had to use same gate causing huge traffic n chaos

Orchid Hotel is better for a corporate seminar or Retreat event. If you are looking for a fun place, definitely not here. Has no night life, in fact has no activity whatsoever. It’s best for a brief business stay and move on. The rooms are decent but the wall sockets didn’t work while I was there.

The food is amazing. Fish grill and small chops; food and drinks are affordable as well. Swimming pool is always neatly treated. Its a serene environment for family outings.

A very good place for family getaway. I enjoyed the pool as I watched the sunset while swimming yesterday. Swimming in Orchid is affordable as well.

Poor sanitary conditions. The plumbing chambers on the hallways were opened. The sheets, pillows and duvet are very old and tacky.
Worst of all, is the food, the rice and gravy sauce wasn't nice. I felt so bad and lost my appetite.
Management needs to sit up and rebrand in order to retain the 'very few' customer base.

Low quality. I checked in and my room had no power. They moved me to another room and the AC wasn't working. They moved me to a third room and I had to wait for the floor to dry because it had just been mopped. The bathroom is in terrible need of maintenance. Shouldn't you check that a room is actually habitable before you book a guest to stay there? It took about an hour before I could settle in. Only upside is that the rooms are spacious and there is a lot of parking space. I won't be coming here again.

The rooms are large, parking space is sufficient, flowers are beautiful a day it's a great place for meetings, company retreats/ team bonding, weddings and couple getaway.

It's cool and not really an upscale place. So affordable by all class of people. Their facilities as well is standard. Swimming pool also is neat and we'll taken care of.

Its a nice hotel with swimming pool, lawn tennis courts, and Bush bar. The rooms are okay with doors using key card. The key card also operates the light switch. Their Internet speed is just a bit below average.

A Good enough hotel for Lagos but they'll have to do a lot more if they hope to meet international standards. Ambience. I think that's what they need to work on
