Perfect but one need to skip the heavy buildup btw Julius Baggers junction and Wuse Market during rush and afternoon hours of the week. Weekends are much better however alternative route are many.

The Headquarters of Nigeria's Identity issuing and management agency. The commission issues Nigerian the National Identity Cards as well as maintain the database. The commission also of recent early 2015 started co ordinating ( cross linking) other Federal Government agencies Identity issuers, like the Immigrations Passport database, Driver License, Central Bank of Nigeria Bank Verification Number and later the Independent National Electoral Commission database, with the commissions database.
