Its a good place but please work on getting a place where we can eat anything we buy from any store. Its not nice when I buy food from shoprite and I have to take it home because you dont allow it but you people have not made arrangement for that Thank you.

Good and manageable. But, I see no reason why I should be watching the most anticipated movie of all time without the air conditioner on. We were not informed of an issue. Therefore, it lead to an awful experience.

It's a lovely place, and always a thrilling experience.I request for a prayer room at the mall, it's a very common amenity most places around the world. As most movies start coincidentally close to time for the prayers. Or finish at time for prayers. It will go along way for my type. Nothing too fancy.

The seats are comfortable, the audio surround is great, and they keep to show times for the movies
Though, I feel the pop corn could do with a lot less sugar, overall; an above average experience

Very nice place. Well ventilated, featuring a lot of made in Nigeria shops, Cinema is good . Good ice creams and a place for weekend hangouts .

Its really a great place to relax. It has a number of halls and a classic VIP section. You can also get some snacks like popcorn and grab a drink while you relax, watch a movie or just feed your eyes. If you need more things that you don't find there, shoprite is just below; go, grab and come back up.

Great place to watch movies, hangout, play games, mostly arcade games, last I checked there had a play station 4.
The movie theatre for me I'll rate a 4 star..
Great shopping arena, serene environment..

This is a world class facility, it houses everything needed for a decent market. Very good services from customer service to security. It has escalator and lift lift fully operational. Products sold are very affordable and genuine. In summary, this is a five star facility.

Liked the place, the movie ticket salesman had a sense of humour, composed & polite.
Nice movie theater rooms too, but they seriously need to add more options on their menu.

I am not a fan of this place, the mall is quite depressing compared to the expected standard. The escalators rarely works, it has only 2 elevators, from the VIP section for the movie you'd have to use the staircase to the previous floor to then use the elevator, I find that creepythe place is not well lit upwell most shops are relocating I believe, because I see many empty shops now. You can use the other silver bird cinemas at Jabi Lake Mall for a good experience
