Well located in the city at almost the dead center of the city of Abuja. It's across from the Utako market and less than three minute drive to most of the interstate commercial transportation companies like ABC, Chisco, GIGM, Ekesons, RTC, ANIDS etc. Good and courteous security. The estate is mostly 4 bedroom terrace house and a group of block of Apartments 2 & 3 bedrooms. Enough parking space. Residents club/event house, fire fighting equipment and a swimming pool. Nice and well maintained landscaping. Most residences are occupied by owners

Good environment, nice road in and out of the estate, tight security, available play ground for children, neat houses and streets well planned and finished. Good place to live. A major market, transportation and entertainment center are all within radius.

This estate is a gated community with ample parking, beautifully serviced with state of the art apartments to ensure a beautiful quality of life within its walls
It is neatly tucked in between the utako market and the Julius Berger yard making it close to most central locations within the capital city of Abuja
This estate boasts of a standard clubhouse, a pool for kids and adults, uninterrupted power supply and adequate security/facility management personnel
