Palms mall, Ota, is a mall for every of your needs. Groceries, wears, and other things you might need. Although, this mall isn't very busy like those in other places, but it seems to serve a larger population as it is the first in Ogun state.

Don't chase people who buy your food and eat it on the field in your frontage. I saw families who decided to spoil themselves a little by by picnicking on the little grass being chased out by security men. People were also disallowed from taking pictures on the field. You short-change yourself with this attitude.
Plant more grass, redesign your lawn to include walking paths and benches. You will get more fun seekers to buy your food and enjoy themselves.

It's a cool place but with less of mall activities, as most shops here are yet to be occupied. There are no cinema halls here yet.

It is a cool place. It's doing well considering there's just a few shops taken and no Cinema yet. There is just one restaurant at the moment and one Ice cream shop.
I think it'll get better before the year 2017 runs out
