It is a very nice place and quite hospitable, more than I have imagined before now.

Environment is neat, swimming pool is clean and food is ok. Seem to be ageing though and other newer hotels are taking the shine off the hotel. Access road along refinery rd is deteriorating fast and that is affecting patronage. The rooms are nice, bathroom is OK though the towels need to be changed for good. The restaurant is good, buffet is sharp. Staff are polite and helpful.

Nice location but nothing exceptional. Rooms smell, bed is hard, food is poor, noisy at night, bugs on bed and customer service not so good.

It is located in an enabling environment. Very much affordable with 24hrs room service that’s doesn’t disappoint or delay. I will totally recommend for comfort

Easily accessible from out of Warri, good proximity to Delta mall, good road all the way to the airport, avoids the city cluster points, service is average, food is a bit pricey too

It used to be my favorite hotel in Warri. In as much as my family has upyo 50 to 70% in most Chevron hotels in Warri, yet, I will rather pay for the full amount in Kayroit and Wetland Hotel. I was among their embassadors always recommending them to anyone and everyone. But i stayed in their suit in May. The once celebrated Kayroit is decaying away while the management watch. The paints are pilled off and there is no sign of repainting. Hot water did not run, they had to use bucket s to fetch water for us. Water stained on the walls, evidencing water leak somewhere. The bottom line is either they are tired of business or business is tired of them. The reason I still manage to give them 2 stars, it is BC of their food and staff that are still keeping the standard Kayroit is known for.

Had Comfortable and secured accommodation during my 2 weeks stay in Warri Delta State of Nigeria. Also, easy access to Shoprite Mall.

Arguably one of years best hotels in Warri. Located on refinery road just as one enters the town. Good parking, Good rooms, okay service and free breakfast for one guest per room. Didn't have the time for breakfast but enjoyed the serenity it provided. Will always recommend for anyone going to Warri.

Average Warri hotel. Had to change rooms due to unsightly bumps in bathtub. Onsite restaurant doesn't offer you water after meal except you pay for it. Have a 24 hr amenity shop.
