This is the worst hotel I have ever been at!
All call lines but the reception's do not work..
Dirty duvet, bedsheet and table tops upon check in..
Defective heater..
Horrible food..
Late meal delivery (non-complimentary breakfast took over 1 hr to arrive)..
Lift malfunctions (appears to be decorative)..
Stuffy stairway and aisles..
The list could go on!
Terrible and unprofessional service overall!
This shouldn't be a part of the Golden Tulip Chain, I am afraid.

I hate giving hotels a poor review but then, to whom much is given much is expected. I came with high hopes but I was disappointed. There is no value for money whatsoever here, the structure needs renovation, the rug on the staircase and hallways stinks, the elevator is not working, when the light was taken at night, nobody put on the gen, we just stayed in darkness till they brought the light againGolden tulip indeed. Save your money, warri is full of nice hotels that are way more affordable.

I discovered that I had forgotten my Victorinox penkinife after I had checked out and was now in Lagos. I called their customer service and they retrieved the item promising to keep it for me until I retrieved it. Kudos to their wonderful staff!!!

I've had nasty experience here, You will complain about almost everything! The whole building smells mouldy and the rooms too! The bathrooms are terrible. Window unit ACs are very noisy. Staff, although nice but unprofessional and overall the environment doesn't look healthy! Swimming pool is just a pond and the gym unkempt. Standard room is about $100 and it would be a waste of money! Only lodge here if you don't have a choice!!!

My stay at the hotel was perfect. I am highly impressed with their services. The hotel had excellent customer service, beautiful environment and wonderful staff. My room was beautiful, comfortable and well kept. There were toiletries in the bathroom and I hope they can keep it up.
