Jbe is a set of terraced apartments in a gated enclosure consisting of 2,4 and 4 bedrooms apartments. All rooms are ensuite . The compound is interlocked and has ample parking space in a peaceful environment. Good for family raising.

Jordan Brooke Estate provides quality and luxury that is beyond the norm of the location it's at. From the serene environment, beautiful plants, open spaces, quality finishing, prompt services, discreet yet accessible location to the sheer quality of construction.
It remains the location for anyone intending to live well in Osapa London.

Fees – RENT 2.5m – 3.5m (depending on your negotiation. They will try to come up with a sweet deal to lock you in for 2 years rent.
SERVICE CHARGE: About 670k /year. Service charges covers nothing aside from paying for diesel. I repeat again that the service charge covers absolutely NOTHING but diesel!!!!! Everything that goes on in the estate and your unit is split between all the residences. And trust me, you will rack up to a million in fixing stuff easily in a year living in this estate.

Kitchens flood everything it rains and no one seems to know how the water gets in and soaks up all the cabinets and tiles. The Kitchen cabinets are cheaply made anyways so it has soaked up enough water from the rain and sure is producing mold.
The roof seems to also retain water thereby leading to leakage of the roof when it rains.
Some of the rooms also have water that sips in through cracks in the wall when it rains and creates a mess essentially.
    d. Door hands, door posts, toilet seats, railings, ties, window hands all seem to fall out after only on month of living in the property.
Water/plumbing issues: water pressure into the houses is really bad and so you have to fetch water like you are in some village to be able to do dishes, bath, etc. When water pressure went bad, we essentially had to pay for water pressure pump even though we pay 700,000k a month for service charges.
Cleanliness/swimming pool :a. Cleaning paid in service charge agreement but the compound is a disgusting mess. Interlocking are dirty and trash baskets are left full in front of each house. Swimming pool is bearly used by anyone yet we had to pay for a swimming pool pump repair at least 2ce that I recall.
    4) Management: I believe the whole estate is owned by family members and so they came together and formed a management company that is suppose to manage the affairs of JBE. Something in that contract has made It impossible to overthrown this management and have some other people to manage the property. The management office runs power 24/7 at the expense of all the residents. I believe the electrican who wired the place has it that once residents buy power, the management office runs off that power. Minimum power charge is 56,500 naira and a 2,500 fee will be assessed if you do not load your power by 5th of each month. There is a “Messenger of Doom” Chris that has been assigned to shutting power out on residents ( even if you bought your home) and you have not paid the monthly power bill.
Aside from the regular power, another meter has been allocated to the generator that also needs to be loaded every month. If you don’t load that meter, you will not have power in your home when the generator is one.
Everything that could possibly go wrong in this estate common areas and in the units is the responsibility of the residents. The management office does not want you to know who your landlord is or give you their information because it is all in the scheme.
My Landlord was a) My Landlord b) Estate agent when I was renting c) And also the lawyer representing the landlord. And he also came up with a fake police ID card and handcuff as a police officer to my help.
All in all these people are mean, shameless, nasty, thieves, lies and I will not let them deceive anyone any longer.
DO NO RENT OR BUY AT JORDAN BROOKE ESTATE – the landlord held onto 150,000 from the 300,000 caution fee. I am sure it was because he had broken so many laws by holding my help hostage, using handcuff on him, threatening him and also posing as a Police officer that backfired when I had my lawyers and RSS come in .
