Well, nice estate with some control and security. The estate managers must be doing some things right. The buildings aren't so current and you need to be careful when getting a house to rent, matter of fact, do your findings during rainy seasons so you will see the places that are water-logged and prone to flood. Well, It is said that most people in Lagos know someone who lives or has lived here. Well I do. ☺

A low cost housing scheme with a good layout, but poorly maintained roads . The drainage channels are deep and flooding in the estate is a rare occurrence. You can check out the Neighbourhood Review Nigeria website for more information.

One of the the popular estate in the environs. Quality is maintained here. Security cautiousness is highly maintained here as well. Good management service and very impressive.
