Ample parking spots (great structure) beautiful shops good ambience and Lighting. Their waterfront environment is awesome. Picture ready environment. There are shops that would attract you as you walk through. Beautiful experience in all and then the cinema is good too.

A mall with lot of empty shops. Its modern and clean great parking facility. Lay on the lake shore unfortunately many outlet are not open which create an empty and cold ambiance while the place could be so great if it was lively with multitude of bars and restaurants. The security is correct and most of it they are polite and very friendly even helpfull.

Awesome mall in general. Shopping is great, you'd be surprised what you can find between game and shop rite. Some stores look expensive and are, but some are refreshingly affordable. The barbing salon is quite good, try to get to the movies a bit early to avoid the queue for tickets. Pro tip, they usually lock the upstairs doors by 9pm so park downstairs if you're going to be late. Also if you watch a late night movie, they sometimes open the door leading directly to the parking lot outside so you might want to park close by(doesnt always happen though).

Accessibility is so easy whether You are mobile or not. A great location. The lake view is also pretty serene and what's more? Hangout at the views of the lake is absolutely free. Guests could basically hangout in groups and have a jolly good picnic. This one is well sited!

Compare to other shopping complexes, Jabi Lake Mall stands out. From size to variety shops to visit and the Lake side bar and restaurants. It's perhaps the best around.

A must visit. Top brands from around the world could be found here. Even local brands could be found. Brilliant customer service as well. Really there's not a lot you can look for and not find. Only downside is the price range which is quite high. But you could still enjoy your visit without spending too much.

By far the best shopping mall in Abuja and would go toe to toe with Palms @ Leaking Lagos for best in Nigeria. Not as popular as Lagos shopping malls but it is well placed on the edge of the lake. The lighting is wonderful and the architectural design is on point. Kudos to the planner.

Much better ambience and space than the Ikeja Mall. Boat cruise on the Lake make things more interesting. Good music and good food at the food court. Ideal place for family time outdoors, friends meet and picking up love fever.

Any place overlooking a lake is always nice, so for lovers of nature, Jabi lake mall offers a bit of a reprieve from the emerging skyscrapers and concerete cramped city of Abuja.
I think there is a boat company that offers rides across the lake, for a fee of course.

The mall itself is pretty much what you would expect from a standard mall anywhere in the world, there's a cinema, several shops that merchandise designer wears and accessories, furniture, electronics, several fast food outlets and two super stores.

There's ample space to park vehicles and the environment is generally serene with easy access roads and all that.

About the only purpose-built mall in Abuja. Easy drive-in and ample parking space. Plenty lifestyle shops, food court , a cinema and a beautiful waterfrontOne key thing lacking though is information desks or mall layout map (electronic or otherwise).

Very nice mall, the best in Abuja. Ample parking spaces, good security network. Nice shops with wide range of products. Food court available. Wheel chair accessible.

Relatively new so mall is clean, shiny, well lit and maintained. Time will tell if this early standard can endure. Wonderful array of shops (including Shoprite and Game) selling a variety of goods and foods although, as expected, very pricey. Location next to the lake is perfect and makes for a stunning view

It's a nice place to shop and relax at the same time. There is a large park space for cars, easy to move around and the environment is welcoming. There is a waterfront where people can play and also have fun. There are outdoor catering services at the waterfront also where nice, sumptuous meals and drinks are served at moderate prices. It's a place to be.

I love! love! love this mall. it's my favorite. So many places to go, things to see. super relaxing atmosphere. It's Spacious, picturesque , with a relaxing atmosphere. It's a five star mall.

Easily accessible with a lot of convenient parking. Loads of stores to Window shop in and my favourite part is the walkway by the lake. There are a number of eateries there and my favourite is by the water. a little wooden shack. Very refreshing

Went to see the movie Kong (not as good as the previous one) at the mall. Really a lovely place. Lots of great shops and lots parking space. But the big deal is having a meal and being able to look over the lake.
