Great plaza, mainly used as office suites, has underground parking, elevator and a standby generator.

Good plaza with elevator and efficient circulation space.
Has ranges of shop spaces that are affordable and flexible too.

Amazing Plaza Elevators don't work though, so go get your cardiovascular exercise on the stairs.

It's a very wonderful environment. With lots of amenities, steady power supply, a super market at the ground floor. Not only is it a plaza but it is home to lots of firms like Ashawa consults, which is involved in environmental issues, earth point that is into construction, then Mayfair. It is strategically located as behind the plaza there is market, so is an ATM point and a refilling station.
