  Ikoyi - Ijumu, is a beautiful little city, located between Iyara-Ijumu and Ife-Olukotun in Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State.
  
  Ikoyi - Ijumu is a peaceful and quiet place surrounded by hills, natural water Streams and still retain the benevolence of historic beauty.
  
  The people and predominantly farmers and hunters who according to history are naturally born warriors like the Zulus of South Africa. Fierce Warriors of the early 17th Century who earned the popular praise in dialect [Ikoyi Obele, O tafà hoke afun
  owo ré la], meaning any arrow shot cannot come back without blood.
  
  In recent past, the people have settled to family life and the entire city is not only hospitable but pleasantly habitable.
