Only went to the pool side and it was fun. The pool is clean and the lifeguard was on hand through out our stay. He even spent time training the kids for a bit. There were floaters so the kids had serious fun.
Theres a bar closeby and you can get snacks and drinks.
A lovely place. Will definitely be visiting again

The hotel has almost every basic service you might need, including barbing salon, laundry, spa, and restaurant. There's a functional elevator and swimming pool. Room rates are from at least 12k per night. The rooms are ok.

I haven't been in the rooms yet, just stopped at the pool bar, which I love. Today was their first live music night, courtesy of the Easter. the barbecue fish stands out, they also serve shawarma, chips, barbecues chicken thighs and gizzards on a stick.

Just used the swimming pool facilities. I had a really good time since I had the whole pool to my self. They had good service in a well located area

Rooms okay but room services are poor. We ordered for dinner to be served in the room at 7pm, 2hrs later no feedback and after calling kitchen, was told that food had finished. Ended up being served something else at 11pm

On the brink of rundown and the staff have no plans of saving it. The service is abysmmal and every single person except the guy at Exclusive Bar was extremely rude, including the manager. They seem interested in offering you the worst possible service in hospitality.

CONS: The hotel needs a makeover! Rooms and beddings are old, menu is boring, swimming pool is very dirty and not fit for swimming, maintenance service is slow, facilites are generally getting obsolete due to poor maintenance, environment is dusty due to ongoing construction around

PROS: Hotel looks good from outside, Breakfast is complimentary, Staff are averagely courteous, location is OK though nothing much as per view from room

VERDICT: Honestly, I had high expectations for my stay at De Bentley but was disappointed. I'm giving 🌟🌟because I've always loved to stay there but I don't think I'll ever go back. Till renovation is done
