Good Hotel with good facilities at of fordable rates .Food and restaurant are good .parking space with well trained support staff .very good facilities for conference or annual meetings since have large sized conference room.large size easy lifts and local air line booking counter of Air peace is also an added advantage. Specious .Easy to find in location point of view and many More .

I stayed at 3J's Hotel for 8 nights and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and fresh everyday, great location, friendly staff, a really cool place. And thanks, OluyemiYou're awesome!

The location and service staff are good. The front needs to be professional. They behave as if it a very local guest house. The rooms are poorly lit. The served food is generally small.

There’s an aura of classiness in this hotel when you step in; the elaborate and luxurious marble floor and wall finishing exudes opulence and sophistication. The food is also good and the staffers are very courteous. I wished they can expand their pool size.

3Js make for a quiet-business like retreat location. Night life doesn't swing here for those looking to club or socialize. It accommodates a rest place for business meeting participants, training participants, short stay travelers and the like. Food and drink is "what's available" and not over the top. Okay for value
