I really do frequent this place due to its relax atmosphere. Though the bar is external with swimming pool, snooker board and table tennis board it also has a miniature fish pond for point and kill. A lot of people seem to love the pool perhaps for its shallow depth and fountains. You can choose any part of the bar outside or upstairs for comfort. Most events are held here not to forget weekend parties and live entertainments on Sundays. So many football fans troupe in to watch live matches here.

The best hotel so far in Owerri! Excellent service, attentive, polite and understanding staff thumbs up and 5 stars for the staff, from porters to manager. Rooms were nice and comfortable enough but not top notch, when compared to international hotels. Stayed in executive lodge. Didn't try the food. Organised my wedding lodgings and Bachelor party here, everything went smoothly. Had to extend my stay from 3 to 5 days due to their wonderful hospitality. Am a good traveller but not a keen commentator, but have to this time because am impressed with just this hotel.

Decent rooms but beddings r weak now. Washing chemicals made holes in dem. No shower cubicle in basic rooms. Food is pricy n not dat great. Everything else is good.

Didn't have a big enough Gen to Power all the Electronics in the rooms. However, if these issues are resolve, it is a good place to chill out.
