They are super over priced and you will not get value for the money you spend!

Over a course of four weeks in total, the average spend per visit was N8,000. I expected super professional service but the second to last time I went there, the stylist braided my natural hair so tightly that I had bumps and lost a lot of hair when I went back to loosen it. As in my hair came out with the roots - you know the white bulb at the bottom of the hair strand? Yeah! I was infuriated and they did little or nothing to make amends or placate me. More annoying is the fact that they charge you to loosen the same hair that you made there!!!! I called the manager to complain and show him the hair loss and he still felt it was okay to be charged to loosen my hair rather than offer me a free service.

Needless to say, that was my last time there i.e. April 2018. I have since found better alternatives with value for money.

Its a great brand. Used to have stubborn and irritating dandruff but with the help of the Natures Gentle Touch Tea Tree Anti-dandruff range, I can gladly say my dandruff days are now history. Cheers to a great brand that helps to put smiles on the faces of Nigerian women.
