Genesis offers the best cinema experience in Abuja. The sound is better and they have had fewer technical issues than their competition.

My go to Cinema of choice because it's not the biggest, but very feature packed and cosy for movie lovers and enthusiasts alike. The service offered there are great as well.

This is a good cinema. It has 3 screen rooms. Getting a ticket over the counter can be a problem. They usually don't have proper queues and the whole ticket buying process is very rowdy. Another issue is their inability to keep to time. If the website and tickets say the movie starts 7:00, then the movie should start 7:00. A good number of times, the cleaners will still be cleaning up the cinema room even after the time on the ticket has elapsed. They still go ahead to play adverts and trailers even after the late start. The sound system is good and the room is cozy.

A good cinema experience, plush leather seats, neat halls, overactive air conditioning 😂 (really, it gets pretty cold in there sometimes, come with a jacket), and great sound. They have few movie rooms and this makes show time of movies sparing, but the movie rates are pretty affordable and they have so many bonus packages.
The movie experience in Genesis halls may just be the best Abuja has to offer at the moment.response / report this review -

The best movie experience in Abuja is at Genesis cinema. Awesome sound, HD screens, chilled atmosphere, multiple screens (3D available too). Great snacks to go with your movie too.

A good place to watch movies. Movies are shown timely here. Sometimes you get to see movies a day before it premiers globally.
Price is quite affordable as they have discounts when you come at times that aren't rush periods for instance 11am on a Wednesday.
They also show movies in 3D. So I went to see a DC movie in 3D as is my tradition. The movie started and it didn't look anything like 3D. I was raged. The supervisor there, took charge of the situation quite superbly, gave me a voucher for another timing and I left.
Moral of the story, they have good customer service attitude and are willing to go out of their way to win back customers' trust. Recommendedresponse / report this review -

My favourite cinema. The screen is clear. Best in Abuja at this moment honestly. The screen at Silverbird will give you eye problems. Genesis is a win win now.
