Excellent service. Just had a pleasant trip with GIG transport. Very good. And experienced drivers. Maintains maximum speed limit of 110km per hour. Very impressive service

On my way from Uyo to Abuja, one of the passengers delayed us on the road because he was with tramadol, weed ,etc. Though the journey was smooth. My suggestion, let there be a security gadget for checking of passengers before boarding. Thanks and God bless GIGM

Mix reaction. This rating is my experience on my trip to Anambra state. From Abuja to Asaba was OK. But from Asaba back to Abuja was one hell of a journey. The Mercedes Benz bus we booked for was not given to us.. Instead a Hiace was provided. The shock absorber were bad and the AC vents not working.. An 8hrs trip became a 12hours trip and this is without traffic

GIGM is arguably one of the best transport companies in Nigeria. Properly managed and good use if IT facilities. Their parks are also well managed. However, the park at Utako can be improved in a number of ways such as: enhanced crowd management, and overall park management.

Gigm has provided an almost efficient way of transporting people and goods across Nigeria. Thumbs up.

They seem a bit organised but can do better. I will still choose them anyway.

I want to believe the customer care operatives at GIGM are great people and ready to help!
This rating isn't because of any superfluous service I got riding in GIGM but for a single agent distincting himself.
Unfortunately, I can't recall his name. Wish I could.
Thanks to that GIGM agent, stay good at your work bro.

Well run and has the Cleanest and Newest Vehicles. A bit expensive tho, but can a price be put on safety?

God Is Good Motor Transport Park is well organized and managed. It has two classes of buses for long distances travellers.
1.The Priority Class which I classified as Business.
    2. The Economy Class.
    3. Logistics.

The vehicle Pilots drives at predetermined speed, passengers do not have control over the Pilots as to what speed they run.
One of the Pilots told me the vehicles are tracked for safety monitoring.
