Eleko beach is a popular beach resort offers Lagos Epe express. It's a recreational points for tourists and vacation makers. It's accommodates lots of tourist both far and near. The entrance fee is N500 that's about $2 as gate pass. It's a nice place to be.

Came to this place first in the year 2008. In last 10 years, while traffic and development from Lekki to Eleko have increased, this place actuality didn’t see any major facelift. Can’t believe that such a beautiful beach can be left like this for years. It can be one of the best tourist destination if relevant authorities take the initiatives to improve the beach huts, set up some secured villa/bungalow, permanent restaurants etc. Entry per adult is N500/-, pay at the gate, child under 12 is free ( we were not charged). Sat-Sunday best time to visit.

Sitting by the ocean eating freshly prepared spiced smoked fish with vegetables, with the fresh breeze and sounds of waves hitting the shore. This is lovely.

The favorite with fashionable Lagosians is Eleko Beach, a big 60km trip east of the city. You can rent a beach hut for the day here, and get someone to make a barbecue for you.. . Never a bad option

My wife and I spent alone time at Eleko beach on 24th December though it was a long trip but it was worth every litre of fuel burnt. The beach is very clean with blue waves compared to other beaches we visited. It's less crowded with fresh air and grilled fish spots. The beach is safe but u still need to be security conscious. We loved every moment there especially watching the sunset
