Beds are small, breakfast is a scam cos you either go for the buffet or pay for breakfast in full for room service. Lights kept going off and on- no effective change system. Bathrooms could be cleaner as well. Otherwise, nice ambience and polite staff. Rooms are also big.

This hotel has a good history and has been around for a good while.
The rooms are pretty big and modern with a positive ambience and very good colour play.
The restaurant is very classic and well maintained and has a good view of the Eko Atlantic (what used to be the bar beach for years).
The customer service is quite impressive with young waiters with good command of English and quite polite.
The food at the restaurant is quite good and exceptions can be made for vegetarian.
The location of the hotel allows for easy access to anywhere else on the island.
There is adequate parking space and a large enough waiting lounge down stairs for visitors.response / report this review -

Lovely small hotel with 3 or 4 stars, but amazing staff and management where they make your comfort their top priority. I enjoyed being their for business.

Impressive edifice. We had a company retreat here and the seaside view from the fifth floor was relaxing. Great meals too here from the friendly staffs. However, the generator only powered some sections air-conditioning while other places suffered heat. Also the restrooms require extractor fans to keep the place well aerated since it hasn't got windows.

Not up to par. There were insects in the rooms and the rooms were heavily fumigated while we were there. Not like it changed anything except that I left with a cold from the fumigated rooms. And the cleaners do a really terrible with cleaning. Definitely not returning.

Best Western has a good ambience for lodging and holding corporate events. I attended a 4 day workshop held at the hotel and I really enjoyed the experience starting from the elevator view of Eko Atlantic City to the event hall and cafeteria on the topmost floor. The meal is good and moderately priced. There is free WiFi in the hotel but the network signal is not strong in the rooms.The hotel also have a decent size swimming pool for those who want to have a dip. I will recommend the hotel to anyone planning to hold a corporate event because they have a great customer service and very good discount package.

A standard well organised and clean hotel. Lovely courtyard view ,relaxing point and also good for pictures. The free Breakfast,so so on point.
