It's a normal Nigerian shopping mall. With a market beside it. Too many people. Good place, lots of empty space for rent. Busy environment, too much traffic in front. The market beside it is damn too congested. So by extension it extends to the shopping mall. Generally good place to shop and do business.

It's a shopping mall that offers lots of services as far as buying and selling. It's acceptable with good security system.

Neat in appearance within the complex but very busy surroundings. We have serious traffic at this same points especially on Mondays which is the market day of Dutse market which is just beside the complex.
