  It's ok if you don't mind the semi-urban setting. Close to Abuja-Kaduna expressway. Quite a distance from the city centre. Affordable markets in Madalla and Dei Dei are close by. There is a nice estate there(Efab Estate) with affordable houses, nice layout.
