On 26th of April 2021, I sent a parcel/package through DHL office the one in OAU campus, Ile ife osun State Nigeria. The the tracking number and saw it has been delivered on the 27th of that same month , called my client and she said she didn't get her package. So I needed to go to DHL office where I sent it they said they can't do anything about it and ask me to call the customer care service, which I did . I called and they said it was delivered to a DAUDA instead of Precious. To cut the long story short they promise to retrieve my parcel and deliver it to right address and person . Till now I haven't heard anything from them , it's so bad of a big logistics company as that after giving you a correct address and phone number. Please DHL Express I want a refund of my parcel or my parcel back I don't recommend DHL Express.

The attendant was smart and had good understanding of what he was doing. Also, he assisted in confirmation of some details of the parcel to be sent. Nice place.
