  The hotel is old and has antique furniture. though its neat.
  A good thing is that the hotel is located in a safe serene environment within the Obafemi Awolowo University.
  The rooms are affordable. it runs a bar and the food is about average.

  The center is well located,secured but the management is poor. There is lack of maintainance of the facilities and the rooms. The beddings are rags,flooded bathrooms ,damaged doors ,door locks are bad not replaced. The cc compares with any 4star hotel if properly run. Its a good source of revenue. I advise the institution to privatize the facility.

  Though the standard room I had was affordable, the room was poorly kept, the bathroom was awkwardly unkept. Its no value for money except that its in a safe location monitored 24hrs and located in a good landscape. It is below par.
