Good food. Lightning in rooms poor, hygiene could be better as rooms don't smell fresh. Also, staff require a lot of training. Spa isn't clean and doesn't look inviting.

Beautiful place.. a lot finer inside than it looks outside. You JUST need to see the room.

I am one of their regular guests. The best hotels in the town. Please make advance booking because this hotel is fully occupied most of the time. You can get good Indian food here, infact the only place to get in the town. The staffs are wonderful except their front desk, Niyi. He is really rude and unprofessional otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

"Nice spa with sauna". That was my post around Christmas last year, when went to the spa.
I just checked out of the place this morning after spending 4 days.
The rooms are spacious and relatively clean. However, there is need to maintain the cleanliness as the property depreciates. for instance the shower walls and floor are not properly cleaned, that is if at all. Because the cover of shower gel fell on the flow, and it was there for 3 days until I removed it myself. the ahower walls and the toilet itself is looking slightly stained.
The first day I was given room 2, and there is stench smell coming from the floor drain, after i complained they relocated me to room 3. That one smell less but the dank air is still there, probably due to inadequate ventillatuon from the sewer piping system.
The restaurant service is so slow and sometimes uncoordinated. I ordered for kidney source one afternoon to have something light before i go for dinner. i was told 30mins, over 2 hours later after I ve even firgotten about and went to restaurant for dinner, it was then they brought it? aftwr over 2hours.
Another issue I had again is with the internet password. i was given a token which i was told connects only 2 devices. I jokingly asked if i have more than 2 devices what happens, i was told to disconnect before connecting to another cos only token is given per room. On the second I requested for another after the previous expired. The password on it was not not very legible and I requested for another one. The response I got from the lady at reception is like am trying to be smart to collect an extra token (referring to my mention that i ve more than 2 devices). I was not happy about that at all.
I think the entire staff needs training on how to coordinate acrivities, relate well with guests. Proving your customer wrong, the way the receptions thought she did to me means you ve lost him. Another factor that I think contributes to the lack of coordination by staff is it appears they work under fear. May be their performance is measured on the basis of fewer mistakes made or there is superior harrasing them.

A very tranquil place with very friendly and helpful staff members, the rooms are abit pricy but you get a lot of worth for your money.
The food is excellent and very affordable.
The gym is a bit small and lacks equipment.

    Lovely place. Friendly staff.
Small gym and swimming pool (at least they have!).
Just breezed in to take a look because I wasn't sure what the place was.
    No sign outside.
