Automedics Mechanic Workshop is the best auto workshop I've been to in Lagos State. There are almost 100 trainees and more than 20 staff working with the latest high tech equipment to repair and service vehicles.

The workshop at LTV in Agidingbi, Ikeja handles all sorts of cars and also power bikes. Automedics sell different brands of car care products which are of the highest standard.

It operates within a television station compound which is quite unpredictable, unexpected because you can only stumble upon them unintentionally or through referrals. Services are good, they keep vehicle logs/profiles, workers wear uniform, mostly recent cars are taken there for repairs. Prices are a bit on the high side but that doesn't really matter because cars brought there need the best of attention. Cars are safe in their care, never experienced a stolen property report, reception is fair and welcoming at least at the time of this review.

Resolved my issues after visiting two other service centers who could not fix my car. A little bit expensive, may be a slight delay in resolving my issue but they did do an excellent job.

Horrible customer service. Dropped my car for a diagnosis that they said would take 4 hours. They said they would send me an email with the report of the diagnosis and contact me once they were done. I did not get any email and now my car has to spend the night in their garage and no one even told me anything. Plus they're not picking up their phone.
