Staff do well considering the number of clients needing attention. Place could be really busy for the customer service officers who try their best to ensure they attend to everyone and not pend their transactions.
The location is very small and not enough seats and not enough staff customer service officers to handle the volume of clients.
Arm Pensions is good and loved by many though
