My oldest daughter was born here and all went wellwhat more can I say.

The medical personnel that have attended to us over the years have been competent and we haven't had any problems here. Sometimes parking is a bit tight but it has never been too bad.

I don't remember them having wheelchair accessible lifts but rather a kind of ramp/walkway (sorry don't know what its called,
like gently sloping staircase without the stairs) that you can push wheelchairs and beds up and down to the first floor and back.

5 stars from me though I'll admit I'm a bit biased.

Quality of service, facilities and response time is low, heard they're good in gynecology

I did prefer this hospital but with time quality of service have drastically declined. You see doctors moving about and no one asking you if you have seen a doctor or not. The management need to work on this aspect urgently.

Steady decline in quality of medical advise. Front office staff excellent so also a few doctors. But generally doctors relate poorly with patients who, should otherwise be told in clear terms the nature of ailment instead of just scribling diagnosis in silence as if patients are just demonstration tools.
