Customer service should be more professional than mediocre.
And why should potential customers pay N100, 000, just for registration and to arrange viewing?. That in itself should come as standard practice, because all it does at the moment, is put people off. The principle is the issue, not the money, and not everyone would be happy with what they see, and I am certain that this amount won't be refundable, if purchase does not proceed.

You are also, not really giving people who go on to make a purchase, a refund, but rather, just reducing the overall cost by the registration amount.

Why not establish a much lesser fee that won't put people off, and that can then be added to the final agreeable payment price, because all it seems to me for now, is a get rich quick tactic, and a win(Developer) lose ( potential buyer) situation, where money is made ALWAYS, regardless of if there is a sale or not!
Now, that is very, very ugly, and off putting!
