Hmmm its one very secured Estate area Sangotedo ,its where I leave bcuz it has serene environment for leaving and the house are on point with low rent rate and their security personal are serious minded people who don't play around wit their job

The Environment itself is great with good road networks. However, the Estate managers have done a very poor job of running the estate. Water remains a huge challenge.

It’s poorly designed and planned.
Roads are very tight for vehicles with the drain in the middle of an already small road.
Little parking space for residents talk more if you have visitors.
No grounds for houses as per compound space.
Poorly maintained.

Okay living quarters. Before buying property here, investigate the title well. The owning company is very questionable and construction is very flawed.

It's an okay Estate. Quiet and calm enough but nothing special. The plus is the proximity to The Novare Lekki Mall.
