  Sweet atrium with functioning lift and security system. I like this place because it is a top atrium compared to others. IML and paydiamond have offices there. They have a Chinese Medical Center in the building offering massage and other forms of Chinese treatments.

  Great office spaces available for rent, decent parking, good location. It's central to almost any location in Abuja, there's a nice Chinese restaurant in the building suitable for afterwork hangouts. Overall, not a bad place to have an office.

  Very nice surrondings and great amenities like the functional elevator. The roof over the restaurant makes the ambience rather too warm though.
