Quite a big plaza, lots of shops and offices.
Very neat, very calm, very orderly.
Not too busy, so you should be able to get parking space easily.
Also seems like the light/power situation is quite good.
There are security men at the entrance.
There are shops and offices available for rent and for purchase (as an investment or for business use).

A twin building mall interlocked to each other from an angle while it's like a wide single view from gate. It's big enough to accommodate plenty vehicles at the same time. A pink coloured one distinct and popular in Utako. A very good number of businesses and attractive ones dominate the shops.
